EASY INSTALLATION
Our 10 piece Carbon Trim kit is a breeze to install. Each piece is pre-applied with self adhesive double sided tape. Simply remove the backing on the tape and stick in place!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO INSTALL?
On average it should take less than 30 minutes to install our Carbon Trim in your Jeep.
IS THE INSTALLATION PERMANENT?
Absolutely not! Our trim pieces are installed using pre-applied double sided tape. An extra roll of tape is also included to achieve the best fit.
WILL IT FIT All JEEP WRANGLERS?
No! Our Carbon Trim is only available for 2011-2018 Jeep Wrangler JKs.
IS IT REAL CARBON FIBER?
Our Carbon Trim is NOT real carbon fiber. Our trim pieces is made from durable plastic with a carbon fiber look that is perfectly shaped for your Wrangler.
IS TRIMMING NECESSARY?
In most cases, trimming is not required. However depending on your Jeep's technology package, some trimming may be recommended to achieve the best fitment.
IS THIS FOR OFFROAD USE?
Our Carbon Trim for JK can be used for both on and off road driving.

Due to the ongoing COVID19 National Crisis, estimated shipping times could be delayed. We appreciate your patience and support.
Delivery times for the continental US on average is 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your items ships from our facility. Please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order and prepare your items for shipment.
International shipping outside United States can take up to 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. (Due to COVID19, many international orders are currently taking 4-5 weeks for delivery)
Once your order leaves our warehouse and is picked up by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen mail.
If you did not receive your order but tracking information shows DELIVERED, please contact your local USPS office to file a missing mail claim and investigation.
If your order was returned to us by the shipping carrier due to incorrect address, we will refund your order excluding shipping costs. You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address and information when placing your order.
Once you place your order, we will begin processing your items immediately. If you decide to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately however we can not guarantee that your order will be canceled.
Due to the automation of fulfilling orders, we can not always stop your order from being shipped out. Please contact us if you would still like to return your item in this event. You are still responsible for shipping fees in this situation.
To return a product, please email us with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will review your return request and contact you as soon as possible.
Return shipping is paid for by you, the customer.
All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your items. Unfortunately we can not honor return requests made after 30 days of delivery.
If a mistake was made by us, Offroad Aesthetics, please contact us immediately. We will replace the product and process your return at no charge. Please check all merchandise for damage or defect when you receive your order, and before the item is used or installed.
We can not process returns on any items that have been installed or attempted to install.
Do not ship your item back before receiving approval from us. Failure to do so may delay your refund or may result in your return getting denied.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless they receive an incorrect (we shipped the wrong product) or defective item. Original shipping expenses will not be refunded.
When shipping an item back to us, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or any other carrier that offers signature confirmation and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Only the signature of an OffroadAesthetics.com employee will suffice as proof of delivery. The customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges, and all risk of loss during return shipment.
If any component of the returned product is missing, we reserve the right to reject the entire return or impose additional charges for replacement of the missing component(s). The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion. Products sent back with damaged or missing packaging will be refused or returned to you at your expense.
